Oh Where to Begin

To say I’ve been out of the loop with my blog is an understatement.  I got a bit distracted.  While paying bills one day, I realized I was not anywhere near my goal to save $10,000 and my credit card debt wasn’t really going anywhere.  So, I decided to get a second job.  I should really say third job.  Being a mom is job number 1, then the place I go to daily and work @ 40 hours is job number two, so yeah, a third job.

I got one.  A nice little store with very flexible hours and great people to work with, but it takes up whatever free time I had left.  Between being mom, wife, employee PTA president and now this job…my blog has suffered.  It dawned on me when I looked into my once neat and tidy pantry, only to discover, it’s not so neat and tidy anymore.  Fortunately, it’s nowhere near where it was, but it’s easy to see how it could get back to that place.

A plus for this blog and my home is that the school year is quickly coming to an end (one week left) and so will my duties as PTA president (at least for a few months).  I have some time to take care of my home and blog about it.  YAY!!

My cleaning plan for this week is:

• Clean Microwave
• Wash bathroom rugs
• Wash shower curtains
• Deep clean shower/tub

These are all things that can be done fairly easily.  One or two things a day, and it’s all done.  Now, to just find the time…
