Make Cleaning Supplies -Multi Purpose Cleaner

It’s that time again, time to take stock in my cleaning supplies.  I like to take a week and make sure I have everything I need so that crazy, lazy procrastinator in me has no excuses.

The last time I made my own cleaning products I showed you how I make my own laundry detergent.  This time I will show you how I make my own multi-purpose cleanser.  It is used the majority of the time in our kitchen, but this can be used all over your home.  I found the recipe that I use here.  When I first started using this, I’d make it by the bottle.  Once I realized I like the recipe and it worked well, I made it in bigger batches.  The recipe below is for your basic 24oz bottle.

Multi-Purpose Cleanser Recipe

• 2 tsp Borax

• 1 tsp Washing Soda

• 1/2 cup White Vinegar

• 2 Cups Water
• 1/2 tsp Dish Soap

Add the Borax and Washing Soda to an empty spray bottle using a funnel.  Then add the white vinegar.  Once the foam goes down add the dish soap and water.  Give it a good shake and ta-dah!!  You have yourself an awesome multi-purpose cleanser!
