As I sit, stiffening up from my workout this morning, I realized I had not posted about week 2 of my 30 Day Challenges. My instructor for week 2 was Rebekah Sturkie, Cycle 2: Accelerate. She really stepped up the workout. I thought I had seen difficult with my week one workout. But week two pushed it up a few notches.
The moves are fast paced but fairly simple. She explains everything clearly, I’m just not all that coordinated. I’m really looking forward to repeating all these workouts next month. Maybe by then I ‘ll be better at picking up the routines.
Currently, I’m in week three. This week my awesome instructor is Alison Davis, Cycle 3: Turbocharge. I have to admit, this week I am picking up on the lingo faster and moving quicker. But, Oh My Goodness, does she know how to work a body! I have to admit, I’m a bit scared for next week. And I’m not even using weights! I decided to do this month weight free and next month I’ll start using the weights.
