The best foods for abs

I follow this blog and thought this post came at an excellent time. I personally love greek yogurt with chopped almonds, who knew it was a good choice!
I cannot stress this enough – abs are made in the kitchen. You can run six miles a day, bust out 100 crunches every morning or workout six days a week, but you’re not going to see a flat stomach if you don’t get your diet under control.
If you’re already in shape and wonder why you’re stomach isn’t getting flatter, consider what you are consuming. What snacks are you eating during your work day? How many cans of pop do you drink every day? The small things add up quickly, and definitely make a difference. To get yourself on the right track, consider throwing these items into your grocery cart:
