Got Up and Did it2

Just finished my first workout in a very long time. It was tough getting out of my nice warm bed and putting on my workout clothes. But I did it. I tossed Jillian Michael’s 30 shred into the DVD (I started with level 2, great quick workout). It was just what I needed to jump-start my workout regimen. I feel worn out, beat up but good. If you have ever completed a challenging workout, you know exactly how I feel right now. How do I feel? I feel awesome. Looking forward to getting it in tomorrow.

No workout for me today but I worked out with some serious dancing last night at a friends Ruby wedding anniversary where she had a live band placing 50’s and 60’s music today every muscle in my body is protesting lol
Well that counts for something. Fun workouts are even better!! Rest up today.
