Last month I was not in love with my CurlBox. I have to say, this month is looking good. I am really happy with just about everything.

A pretty full box!

III Sisters of Nature Cleansing Co-Wash–  I decided some time ago to only shampoo my naturally dry hair once a month.  The rest of the time I co-wash (or conditioner wash).  I currently have two favorite co-washes, Wen (yup, I’m a Wen girl) and Eden Bodyworks Coconut Shea cleansing co-wash.  But like everything, I am open to try something new.

Value- $7.99

Eco Styler Shine Conditioning, Shining and Styling Gel- I have used the Eco Styler styling gel.  It is my go to when I want my hair to stay in any type of style (otherwise my hair is all over the place)  I tried just a little bit of this the other day on my edges and it did the job!  There are a lot of products out there, that claim to be able to smooth down edges, so far, this is the one of the few that gets the job done for me.

Value- $4.50

Clairol Beautiful Collection Semi Permanent Color- I was pretty surprised to see hair dye in the box.  At first, I thought it was a conditioner for color-treated hair.  Then I realized it was hair color.  It may even be a color that I’ll try.

Value- $6.00

Three big conditioner samples.  Each are items I have been wanting to try.  So, while I’m not 100% happy with the foil packets, I do love that they are big enough to thoroughly saturate my hair.

Naturals by Hask Strengthening Masque- When I searched I couldn’t find this product sold in bottle or jar form, only in the packet.  I’m really excited about trying this.  Value $3.30

Karen’s Body Beautiful Sweet Ambrosia leave in conditioner Value- $.93

Eden Bodyworks Jojoba Monoi all natural deep conditioner Value- $2.80

K Organics Oyl– Now this is a very tiny sample, one use, if that.  It claims to “impart a lustrous sheen without weighing the hair down”.  From what I’ve read this can also be used on hair and skin.  This sample is way to small to try out both, for now I’ll just try it on my hair.

Overall I paid $25.00 ($20 for the box, $5.00 for the shipping) and received over $25.00 in products that I want to try! Did you get CurlBox this month?  What are your thoughts?
