Truth from Parents of Children Who Died

  I read this post, Truth from Parents of Children Who Died, and it really tugged at my heart, I just had to share it.  I received a notice, via email, form my son’s school that he didn’t turn in homework.  I was planning on going home and yelling at him (like that would change things).  After reading this blog, he is still going to be punished, but my approach will be different.  There is no need to yell.  We will talk.  I will end it with a hug and a kiss, wipe away his tears (he will be upset because the xbox is going away) and let him know that I love him.  Parenting is a tough job, but I wouldn’t want to give it up for anything.
